Federal Element Inc is currently seeking qualified individuals to work on a contract within the Department of Defense.  Both contractors and employee hires will be considered.  Due to the nature of our business model, all qualified applicants must possess at least of BS or BA degree, have Federal financial management experience, and be a US citizen.

Federal Element Inc is consistently seeking qualified individuals with the following qualifications:
• Required - BS degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field 
• Required - 2-3 years of Government financial accounting experience
• Required - 1-2 years knowledge of Federal Financial Management System Requirements and Federal Accounting Standards
• Required - Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Required - Ability to interact directly with clients and direct assignment of others as part of a designated team
• Required - Ability to work independently including the performance of research and analysis of activities not clearly defined
• Required - US Citizenship
• Preferred - Knowledge of enterprise architecture
• Preferred - Oracle and/or SAP implementation experience
